Elizabeth was the glue on our ward...the ward has lost a kind and energetic person.. straight talker and don't mince her words..she is someone you will like in your corner because she will vigorously defend people that she cared about and will not pretend about anything...we have been cheated by death..why do good people die ..I will miss the warm smile...the jokes and banter and a person with good heart...your memory lives on...RIP... Aunty…. I still find it very hard to accept that you have gone to be your maker. I only met you once but it was as though I had known you forever. You were so friendly and related to me as though you had known me for so long. I can still remember your funky glasses and the shorts you were wearing on that day. You invited me to join the Famfair event and I told you that you have to buy from my stall first and you laughed and bought from me….. You left your stall to spend time with me discussing how I could grow my business and encouraged me so much. when I heard of your demise, I started counting my fingers, trying to comprehend how someone with such a beautiful soul I met on the 24th of July 2022 could be gone in October….. At the end of it all , who are we to question your creator who has chosen to bring you back home. Rest on Angel…. I know that you will be sorely missed by the families you left behind because you were an epitome of love.

It still feels like a dream that you left this world, but in all we give God the Glory... Even though you were older than me, you always related with me as though we were equals. I remember when I was planning my step daughter's wedding, you supported me morally and financially, you even bought a ticket to travel with me to Nigeria but due to covid restriction you couldn't make it down. Many times you will bring food to work and find it pleasurable to share with others. I can also recollect you bringing food to my house for my children, this is an height of a good-will! Sister you are too sweet to leave us, but who are we to question our creator... The years we had together will forever be remembered.. Rest in peace sister....

You were a gift from God. She showered us with kindness, love, and unity. You cherished every moment with us such as; making regular visits and making regular phone calls. I last saw you at the MBHS Gala Night on 27th August. I came over and we agreed we needed to meet up soon. I came back to your table to say good bye but you had already left. A huge shock to hear of your passing much too soon. We cannot question Him and take comfort that you rest forever in His arms. Sleep tight sweet sis.

Folashade my darling cousin, this has come as a rude shock to me, but on ur behalf, although gone too soon, l still give glory to God for a life well spent in the short time. l will miss u a lot, especially our chitty chatty, ur smiles and most especially ur advise to me on so many things l talk to u about. l remeber the last time l spoke tou and asked why u never came to manchester as promised, u laughed if off and said u would see me and explain but u never did, l never guessed anything was wrong. The last time I saw and spoke with you Aunty was at Ebuzo's dad funeral service. You were all smilies. I will never forget the word of advice you always gave me . ..... I quote " Ko farabale oo and Mase jeje oo" Thank you Aunty . Thank you for the exemplary life that you live. Thank you for being a mother to everyone that came around you. Fola my dearest sister, from those very young days of ours you have always played the role of deputy mum. You will scold before mum tops the blame of your siblings. You grew up with that stature of loving motherhood with a deep spiritual grounding which is comforting to all who knew you. That daily message you sent out every morning to fill the spirit was true Evangelism. The Angels took you home to our Lord and Saviour. That is our comfort. Sleep well dear Lizbeth, with that smile of a happy resurrection morn.

Fola my darling, how I wished to have seen you one more time at the last engagement you attended in September but you had left. I wanted to thank you for being your cheerful self always, you’ll light up the room when you enter and you never a bad word towards anyone. I missed all your food display and prayers on WhatsApp especially your grandson’s antics. Elizabeth, the heaven gained an Angel and we lost a virtuous lady. Rest in perfect peace and don’t forget to keep your eyes on the family you left behind.

Fola I last saw you at my son’s engagement on the 16/09/22. I truly appreciate you coming despite what you are going through. You are generous, fun loving and a child of God. Rest on in the bosom of your father. My sincere condolences to the entire family.
